Life feels like a series of metaphors that loop over and over until I am able to understand them. This often leads to mistaking dreams for real life. I swim in the past, while trying to control a untamable future. The art comes out of this idea buried in my belly. The vague memories of the past are blurred, swollen like logs in water for too long. Bringing them to life helps me remember and helps me forget.
Currently residing in Baker City, OR. I am full time student at Eastern Oregon University studying Anthropology and Native American studies.
